Recently moved from out of state and found Cascade Peaks online. I travel frequently and needed a online (all virtual) and hands off tax preparation approach. Brian and team were quick to respond and when it came to filing, Brian was extremely quick to process all my documents and share e-signatures when ready. Really appreciate the remote tax help!

My husband filed taxes here. They processed our $590 payment for their services, and we expected taxes to be filed and to receive copies of the returns. It took several emails to receive a copy. A few months later we inquired as to why the IRS hadn’t received the taxes we had paid this company to file. Turns out, they never filed them!!! We were told today that they’re going to be apparently sending us a paper check to refund the money we’d paid them months ago to do our taxes. Not sure that will happen. How did we know they’re going to do that? Why can’t they just refund our debit card? Why weren’t our taxes filed with the IRS? This company said they now can’t file until January 2023. WHAT? I’m 100% positive we got scammed by what seemed to be a reputable tax accountant in service In Redmond. What a waste of time and money. Take your money elsewhere and don’t get scammed like us. Now our taxes are late and we’re out $590. So frustrating
