Solid place. I had a multiple countries, multiple states, employment not taking out taxes, businesses, and moving state identity problems with the IRS. They helped me sort it out real quick and put my taxes back on track to get refunds every year while allowing for the businesses to have the most amount of write offs. Military friendly and awesome service.

I had shared my previous experience with them. They guaranteed it would not happen to us there. The lady was having personal issues which I understand. She should have passed them off to a colleague instead she forgot (which is what happened to us before). I called several times. Our taxes were not finished until October. I had prepped most of the information for her. I’m sure this is not a regular thing for this agency. I was just pretty upset with the CPA.. she told us she had colleagues that double checked so we didn’t have to worry about them forgetting about us. It happened anyway. I own a business and get that mistakes are made.

The laziest tax preparer I've ever had do my business taxs. Didnt leason to what I wanted didn't communicate with me as far as deductions and depreciations for my taxes didnt ask if I wanted my return direct deposited or mailed didn't even know what my return was till I picked up my taxes!!! By far the most unprofessional tax preparation. Dont go here!

Unfortunately very sloppy work, costing us a lot of money in penalties and other fees from a result of needing to back track to fix many small details from the prior years when tax minimizers prepared our returns. Thankfully we have a good accountant now helping us navigate all the mistakes and questionable recommendations we were given by tax minimizers.
