Travis has been incredible to work with - he worked to help us file out of state taxes for a rental property for several years, and when it was time to sell the property was available to us in several situations for some quick and well applied consultation. The portal he uses to transfer documents and correspondence is easy to use as well, and his recaps post filing are always appreciated, especially to look back on if there are any questions. We will be using his services for any complicated tax needs in the future and would absolutely recommend him to others as well!

Business seems non existent. No physical location. Unhelpful personnel who answered phone-cant even answer basic question like where are you located. Told not taking clients, but website doesnt specify. Wasted my time looking for non existent place. Seems like a sham.

You have to set up an account and answer a bunch of questions online.... then to get a quote you have to schedule a consultation. So after you waste a bunch of time youll find out that his minimum fee is $500. Not sure how this guy has 5 stars. What a rip off. I literally just have W2s, nothing crazy. I think Ill settle for TurboTax.

So, this is my second year getting my taxes done with McKinley Tax Service, and honestly, they just keep getting better. Travis and his crew are super quick and have this way of making everything seem so simple. All I do is shoot over my docs, and they handle the rest! I'm glad Travis and his team is handling my returns! He's always ready to clear up any confusion or answers any questions I might have. I appreciate the Loom video he made which briefly walked me through over my finalized documents. It's really great to see how professional and caring the team is. I’m definitely sticking with Travis and his team for my 2024 taxes. If you’re looking for someone to take the tax stress off your shoulders McKinley Tax Service is where it's at. Travis was recommend to me by friends, and let me tell you, he was BEST REFERRAL EVER. After years of filing with H&R Block, we finally decided that our taxes were too complicated and we needed help. Travis stepped at the final hour and saved us thousands. Literally. Additionally he sent over a personalized video walking us through where we went wrong on our own, how to file next time (if we wanted to go solo again. We don’t.) and how to avoid other issues for next year. This incredibly helpful and personalized care helped us turn a very stressful issue and into a happy one. Travis was fantastic helping with our personal taxes. We had a lot of change on the year and he was very upfront with expectations, gave us a video recording explaining the work that was done, and gave us some personal recommendations. Would highly recommend to anybody!
