Katy is very dedicated to what she is doing. My bookkeeping was rudimentary. Everything depended on my handwriting, and it ate up a lot of my time particularly when I prepared the figures for my CPA. I was referred to Katy, the owner of Data Driven Decisions LLC, because I had book-keeping questions concerning my property rental business. In less than 20 minutes Katy was able to direct me to the relevant sections of the WA State Department of Revenue (DOR) website and advised me on the right number to call and the questions to pose to the DOR staff. Armed with her guidance I was able to completely resolve all my questions with the DOR over a single phone call and a follow-up email exchange. And since our initial conversation took less than 30 minutes Katy even refused to charge me for her advice, which came as an unexpected and pleasant surprise. I will definitely turn to her again when I have additional deeper business book-keeping questions.
