Anjelica is a literal lifesaver! I was struggling to get my credit cards to properly integrate with my QBO so I could reconcile them. I tried reading articles and watching YouTube videos on how to do it and every tip that was given wasn't working for me. I even tried chatting with a QB support person and they just told me I should try calling my bank. I was so frustrated it brought me to tears. Then this morning I contacted Anjelica and asked her is she had any experience with integrating a credit card account with multiple cards. She said yes and immediately had me add her to my QBO and what I attempted to do and failed at for several hours. She was able to get set up in about 30 minutes. Words can not describe how thankful I am for her and her knowledge! If you are looking for a bookkeeper with great customer service who is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Anjelica and Speakeasy Bookkeeping.

We switched to Speakeasy after of 1st bookkeeper missed up our books and Speakeasy quickly fixed the problems and it has been smooth sailing since. They answer questions quickly and I dont have to worry about payroll at all. Positive Responsiveness, Value
