We've been working with Dianne Stoehr and her team for about 5 years and appreciate the systems they've helped us set in place to keep our business organized month by month, the help in establishing healthy record keeping habits, and the assistance with payroll. When questions arise we can get help via email, phone, or in-person meetings depending on what we need. And tax time is so much less stressful than it used to be! They were recommended to me by my family trust lawyers to help with filing taxes for our three trusts for the first time in Washington. Called and spoke to woman who took my information and told me the trusts CPA would call me back. Nothing for two weeks. I called back again, got an apology and an absolute assurance, when asked, that the CPA would call me back the next day, Friday. Friday - no call. Monday I got a voicemail with an apology “for delay in getting back to you and it just fell off my radar”. Promised follow-through missed twice means I’ve found reliable services elsewhere.
