I had my taxes done here for two years in a row. There was a 30% price increase between the two years, for the same exact service. I had let them know I was a student, but they did not ask for a 1098-T, and I did not provide one as I did not know that school tuition could be used as a deduction. I lost out on using all my tuition money as a deduction, paying thousands more in taxes than was necessary.
