Marci has been from the beginning professional, organized, timely and knowledgeable. I came across her reviews while looking for a new accountant book keeper and I can see why her service is so highly rated. She is great to work with. Anybody in the Columbia, Spring Hill, Franklin, TN area's should definitely consider her if looking for accounting services.

After moving from Ohio to TN we were in search for a new Accountant. Hanes Accounting Services came highly recommended. We were very pleased with the efficiency, timeliness, and thoroughness of working with Marci and her team. Our return was more complicated than we felt we could handle. Marci’s communication was excellent, she was available to answer any questions and she presented us with a completed return which she e-filed for us. We were so impressed with the services provided by Hanes Accounting Service, we asked them to review our 2018 return. We will definitely return to Marci next year. Very thankful to have found Marci Hanes to prepare my taxes for me . Being new to the area I didn’t know who to go to and found her through google and took a chance for her to do my taxes . Marci is very friendly and thorough . She was always available to answer any questions I had . I will recommend Marci for tax preparation . So thankful for Marci and her service. She such a thorough accountant and asks questions that I would never have thought of. Her dedication and attention to my needs was fantastic. I had not planned to use an accountant for my taxes, but when trying to do them this year I realized there were more changes to the codes than I thought. I have used Turbotax in the past, but it couldn't figure out how to handle my situation. Marci was able to not only figure out my situation, but save me money in the long run. We had a somewhat complicated return with W2, 1099, and statutory income, as well as a new addition to the family, business expenses, and educational deductions to reconcile and Marci knocked it out of the park with getting everything together at a reasonable price. As someone in the financial industry, I know a lot of people that I could use for taxes. However, Marci & Succentrix were amazing to work with and on top of that, saved me time and money from trying to do it myself! We were beyond happy with our experience!
