Kraft is an incredible place to work! The people at Kraft are really great and care for each other. Community is highly encouraged with how the firm hosts many events and creates other avenues for team members to get to know each other. Overall, Kraft is the best place to learn, grow, and enjoy your time doing it.

Honestly, this is a great work culture with people who genuinely care about you as a person and where your career is headed in accounting. They are intentional about developing a strong working relationship and helping you achieve your goals in accounting. There is always plenty of food around the office, and there is plenty of work to go around as well. No one is left on an island of work, and everyone in the office is quick to help with anything you need.

0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING AT KRAFT CPAS. I was employed by them and worked for a week and a half and was left go after I finished training. I was not given a reason as to why I was being let go, I asked several times why. Very unprofessional. Additionally, they never let me prove myself or my work ethic because I was never assigned any work. I also took my laptop home one night to watch training videos because I was eager to learn. They said “I was not engaged” enough… i think watching work videos on your time off is pretty “engaged” if you ask me. Additionally, they assigned me a mentor who had only been working there less than a month. Traditionally, you would want a mentor who had been working there for years. They have extremely high turnover which speaks volumes about their company culture and environment. I highly do not recommend. They love to gossip and like others have stated, they do not hire minorities. It is mostly white males who work there.
