As a Canadian filing my US taxes on my vacation property for the first time, I was hoping to find an accounting firm that would provide me the personable service to answer all my questions and the expertise to achieve the best possible filing outcome. I made a great choice with Daniel Diaz and his team at Nitor. Friendly, patient, and professional from the moment I walked in. What I really appreciated was the time Daniel took to walk me through the return itself and giving me insight into what I can expect in future years. You're in great hands with Nitor!

If you are looking for a place to do your taxes or buy some property, they advise you very well, their staff is very pleasant and the main thing is that they are very honest and ethical in their profession. Personally, Daniel always takes care of me and I have had a pleasant experience with him. Look for them, they wont regret it.

Daniel Diaz is very nice and easy to deal with. I am very happy with his service. Every time I called he either took my call or called me back the same day in his busy tax season. I felt he respects his clients and cares about them. He is a professional and is very good at what he does. His office is central and parking is plentiful in front of his door. I recommend this office without any hesitation.

The company and Daniel was tireless working in the home that we where looking for. He was respecting our feelings and in a very professional way he was making important points of each property. he was not pushy and he went far and beyond our expectations. The first home that He show us was the one that we end up buying. But he show us numerous homes. That is how good he is pleasing the minds of his customers.
