I have know Nick and relied of him for tax work and advice for over 15 years on several different levels. Non-Profit: He has been the CPA for a non-profit company with over $10m in annual revenues. In that capacity, in addition to oversight and annual returns, he has dealt with some unique tax issues, and took the lead on the successful resolution of two IRS audits. For-Profit: Likewise, he's managed the accounting and tax issues of two LLC's I have been involved with, dealing with those matters in a competent and timely manner. Personal: Finally, he has been the personal CPA for myself, my wife, and our daughter during this time. In all cases, his competence and professionalism has been first rate. This was my first experience with Diez & Associates, and I was very impressed. Mr. Diez is very knowledgeable and provided expert guidance and advice on a number of complicated tax issues, and he actually made the experience very pleasant.
