Mr. Mann and his professional staff are very knowledgeable. My wife and I first came across Mr. Mann's office by referral when we experienced a unique tax situation. This situation nobody wanted to handle for us, that is until we visited with Mr. Mann. He and his staff had the knowledge necessary to deal with our situation. We did not have the best experience here. We worked with Kim and when we were first called in to review our taxes she was very unhelpful. I asked if she could go over the information with me and explain our refund, she replied something to the effect of "that's just how it is", as if she couldn't possibly explain it to me. I noticed a mistake, I should've gotten a full return from one state since my employer messed up my withholdings. I asked her to redo it and we ended up getting a much larger refund. Mistakes happen, but I'd appreciate friendly and informative customer service. H&R Block and TurboTax can explain my refund better. I originally chose this office because I wanted a local CPA I could work with for the next few years, I'll be looking again next year for someone else.

Their guarantee – “Are you frustrated with your current firm’s availability and not returning your communication for days, weeks, or, shall I say…at all? We implement a 5-star customer satisfaction policy, which means you will receive return phone calls, emails, texts, or whatever means of communication you choose within 5 business hours. “ The reality – Dropped off tax info, no communication for over 50 days. I called and asked for a return phone call. Nothing. Called in again 3 days later asked for a return phone call. Nothing. Left a Facebook and google review. Was asked to remove it and promised a phone call. After 50 days of them having my taxes and 5 business days of waiting for a return phone call, I received a call If you’re looking for punctual return phone calls and/or great personal service, I’d look elsewhere. It took multiple phone calls and a negative review to receive a phone call. They are quick to blame Covid19, but had my tax info well before the Pandemic required any changes to how businesses are run. There are way too many tax preparers out there to have to deal with this level of service.

Got my taxes all jumbled up for the past two years so I went to see Matt the tax Mann and he not only fixed my taxes but showed me how I could actually make them benefit myself in the long run for the better! He and the team definitely took all the stress I had off my shoulders even with a lot of pressure from me and the economy at their door. I would highly recommended them for any tax purposes and will be back next year knowing my financial life is in the right hands. Thanks again guys
