For a business to get such great reviews previously by others you would think that she would pay attention to what she is doing. I wen against the grain and used the service of this company and Mrs. Tamika DID NOT pay attention to what she was doing..... She put my husbands SS# on my W2 which lead for a delay and for me to get red flagged by the IRS. But im not worried because we have all our papers the IRS needs, but once this was brought to her attention she said she changed it but it also pushed our taxes back 20 weeks all she can say is ill give you a discount on future services used with her. NO Ma'am Your services is no longer ever needed. In the future pay attention to what you are doing because you are working with peoples vital information that if in the wrong hands people can hack into others things. so for that 1 star is all i can give you. ****update**** 08/07/2023 My husband and myself just received an email from you stating we owe for services, You previously stated to us over phone now on this review that you didn’t charge us for this service….Then why are you trying to charge us? The IRS clearly deleted the taxes that you prepared for us because they were not done right. So clearly we wasted our time using your services because we had to use another company to fix what was not done the right way.! And we are still waiting for it to be cleared up. And again I’ll stand on the 1 star because your still trying to taking it out our bank account.

Very professional. Ms. Smith was extremely thorough in providing adequate information about SAM and numerous opportunities for my nonprofit to move forward. Pleasant, polite, and responded quickly with detailed instructions on what to do next. Would recommend 10 times out of 10.

Tamika was really great and she knows her numbers, I am so glad I chose TMB Tax service. If anyone is looking for a tax preparation service I will definitely send them to her. She's fast, efficient, and pays good attention to detail, she will not miss a number. I will be back next year!

Tamika really knows her stuff and she is straight to the point without a lot of sales vibe just cold truth. She taught me a few great things about how to bring on employees and how their job duties classidy them as either a 1099 or a W2 and that brought clarity. She also showed me how to rearrange my processes to save money monthly and annually. Very positive experience snd I will just hire her to help on a consistent basis so I can kust relax.

From one ENTREPRENEUR to another… Tamika is GREAT! She answered my post for some information, we spoke va messenger and she called me to explain more thoroughly. I’m a good judge of character and I can tell when someone is about their business and knows there business. She educated me on taxes, credit repair and even spoke about bookkeeping and we know the same tricks. TMB Tax & Associates is definitely one to look into and build that business relationship with! So resourceful and I’ve been a faithful client for 7years+ they offer so many resources of knowledge! Tamika also makes sure her staff are on one accord and that they have the same knowledge as her so even when she’s not available to you at the moment you feel good about being seen by others because she makes sure that everyone is trained and understands the business and PURPOSE!! Definitely recommend for sure!

This company has one of the best tax preparation systems you can ask for. Tamika is very professional, assuring, accurate, and at the same time such a pleasant and loving welcomer.
