Initial call with Amanda, really made the “welcome” feeling that led me into a consultation. Very personable and relatable. Next was my consultation and I met with Cami, who allowed time for me although I was late and took the time to truly understand me and my position. The whole atmosphere from the initial call, checking in, and meeting with Cami was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable and that helped me make the right decision in using Polston Tax services. Federal Taxes are and have been a literal Nightmare for me spanning a near decade. Prior to retaining Polston Tax Services I was represented by another company that did absolutely nothing. I remember the day I showed up for my intake appointment and met with Kami. Kami and I discussed my options and the most likely outcome. It was a small feat to gather all the required documents for the ever looming Internal Revenue Service. However once I was assigned a representative at Polston Tax Services ( Ashli Baker ) things moved along smoothly. Ashli was very thoughtful and thorough. She acknowledged early on in this endeavor that I was really stressed over what seemed to be a lost cause. Ashli displayed not only patience but compassion as well. She often reassured me that my situation would be resolved to my advantage. This process although slow was made easier by the great team that had been assembled for me. Walking into this situation with a Tax Liability of close to $94k and coming to a very happy resolution could only have been achieved by a complete understanding and knowledge of the Federal Tax Codes. I cannot express the gratitude I have for Asli and the representation that she and Polston Tax Services has provided. In closing I would like to thank Ashli for the extra time she took reassuring me that everything would be resolved and her taking the time to explain the process leaving me with no questions. Very friendly people and very professional to work with. I set up an initial visit with Brian Ihnat and we did a review of my tax situation and he walked me thru what likely would take place. From that point, Becky Benudiz stepped in and took care of the OTC issues and got the ball rolling on the Federal side. I have to say, Becky kept me informed and up to date on EVERYTHING! I had ZERO issues with process and Becky did the majority of the leg work and paper work to get my payment plan in place. I didnt have to deal with the OTC or IRS personally during this process, Becky Benudiz and Mandy James took care off things for me and just kept me informed on what was taking place and the next steps that would be taking place.
