So pleased to have found Shockley! They are professional, very detail oriented and communicate so effectively. After dealing with QB online bookkeeping for a year, I am beyond thrilled to be working with local and professional people that know what they are doing. Thank you Sue and Dawn for all your hard work getting me back on track! You all are the best!

I filed my taxes with Shockley last year. I chose not to go back this year and had already filed. I received a vm from them saying they filed an extension on my behalf. When I called back to ask why, Wil was incredibly rude and hung up on me! This is the most unprofessional group of people I have encountered. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
