Used Cotter for my 2022 in-laws trust return. Cotter filed an extension in April and completed the return by the due date for the extension. We started getting letters from the IRS for penalty/fees for a failure to file. Upon investigation by Cotter, they realized they did not get the extension filed in April on time. Cotter owned up to the mistake and paid the penalty/fine. Really good to see a company stand behind their work, even when it costs them. I would definitely use again! Very friendly and easy to work with.
