Do not use Stephon Newkirk Accounting and Tax services!!! He does not deliver in a timely manner and whenever I would call to inquire about my tax information he would ignore my voice-mail, never calling back unless pressured and always acts as if there's other important clients in the office and ignoring my inquiries. I've filed with him for YEARS and he has started going down with his services since Lisa has left. Lisa was the one that would keep his business functioning quite well but sadly he has really gone down with his level of professionalism and has caused me to owe back double the amount he originally quoted me which I felt was a deception because he acted very strange whole speaking about it over the phone to me. Again ... DO NOT GO TO THIS TAX OFFICE FOR YOUR TAX SERVICES!!! U WILL REGRET IT EVENTUALLY!!!

Stephon Newkirk accounting was my accountant for several years and he is all lip services, there were times where he was rude and unresponsive. After I terminated services with his company, I still haven't received financial information that was already paid for. After months of calling and requesting information, he still delivered the same results. Nothing. He failed to file my taxes on time and if I didn't inquire about the information, he would not have informed me. Now I have fines due to his negligence. When inquiring about issues he talked as if he was bothered by my inquiry, or he had more important clients to attend to. I held out on posting a review about his services because I try to give others the benefit of the doubt because I understand the stressors and pressures of being a small business owner. The fact that I have shown enormous grace and he feels that bad service and attitude are acceptable is a no go. I paid for all services at or before the time of service. I do not recommend Stephon Newkirk Accounting for your accounting needs unless you feel like chasing after results that were promised and paid for.
