Will love to have the option to give them a 0 star, BRITTANY is the worse option to have at the front office, the 1st person to see as soon you open the door of a business should be very professional and helpful but she is the opposite, every time i call the system is down or her computer is not working or will call you back and you will received a invoice for the call ? With out getting anything resolve, 3 years in a row had alot of mistakes on my taxes making me pay extra fees to her office and the irs, I believe she is not certified to do taxes.

How can I give them anything else but a 1 star? I wouldn't even give them that but I have to select something. This is the 2nd year in a row that I am waiting 2 months or more for them to complete my taxes. They claim to be so behind but yet still closes their office every Friday when they should be there getting caught up. I'm still waiting for my taxes and I dropped paperwork off in early April. This will be my last year using them.
