Crystal is by far the WORST tax agent that I've ever worked with. She is dishonest, arrogant and expensive. She bait and switched me on her pricing, $185/hr yr1 to $305/hr yr2 with no verbal or written communication. She lied about the expected cost of the 2nd yr return. She said year 2 returns would be cheaper. I paid her invoices despite the increase and no explanation. Now she is trying to charge me again. I paid her over 2.5k this year. Crystal will nickle & dime you and make mistakes. She made a mistake on a W2 that I found and I only have entry-level knowledge at best. I once asked her if she had a financial advisor to recommend, her response was "Do you have a million dollars in your account?". At the moment she is holding my records hostage for payment. I will be reporting this to the IRS (F14157) and DBPR CPA Enforcement division. She and her service are trash. Go anywhere else.

Do not use this woman. Shes had our taxes since April of 2022 and not done them. Not done anything. Just got a bill for 800. I think her math is wrong?
