Though front desk staff was helpful and kind, John was incredibly patronizing and rude. His prices seemed fair enough, but not for that attitude (checking his watch, playing dumb, did not seem interested in helping me). He lost out on a potential customer for years, simply because of the way he treated my business during his free ‘consultation’. I will be taking my business and future tax preparation needs elsewhere. Really a shame.

Sal at Davis & Associates (Cape Coral office) was fantastic. He made the process easy with most things done over the phone or email. He was very prompt at returning calls and made the process easy and seamless. I would highly recommend Sal and his team.
