I have worked with Neil on/off for over 12 years and have seen him coordinate amazing results for several different businesses. He has an uncanny ability to analyze financial statements and interpret the story they tell about a business, and THEN give a business owner the practical steps to take to make any necessary changes. If you are willing to receive direct, honest, and no-nonsense insight about your business or finances, Neil is a fantastic person to work with. If you need things sugar-coated (and some do), he may not be a fit for you. I've seen him overhaul more than one struggling business, and it really can change a person's life. I do not recommend doing your business taxes with Neil Shnider or his company. He’s unprofessional and will waste your time. I inquire about doing my business taxes; he quoted me $475 and asked me to send him all of my business income and expenses. I email him my bank year end summary and statements, my business credit card year end summary for my expenses, w2 since my company is an s-corp etc pretty much everything he asked me for. Last email I received from him was him asking me which Naics code I wanted to used which I sent him. After not hearing anything from him for 9 days. I contacted him to get a status update. He claimed he sent me an email which was totally untrue. He then told me in a rude tone of voice that he was unable to do the taxes since his company is not a bookkeeper . I only considered him since he was a speaker at an sba zoom meeting i attended but I don’t think he truly knows how to do business taxes and shouldn’t be wasting people precious time.
