By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I called to get some clarification and ask questions but then was verbally attacked and hung up on by the main lady (Maria). AVOID this place at all costs if you possibly can. And Maria if you’re reading this, your comments were very hurtful. I was being sincere and genuinely wanted to learn. But now I know there’s nothing you could teach me, because as you said, “yes I’m the tax expert but there’s nothing I can do. I don’t want to talk to you, I don’t want to talk to you, I don’t want to talk to you.” More like, there’s nothing you WILL do, besides belittle others. Since you don’t know how to do your job properly, I hope you learn how to AT LEAST be a decent person. Lastly, you should treat others how you would want your children to be treated. Hopefully the next time someone calls your office trying to learn how to do their taxes properly, you don’t have such a hostile attitude and hang up on them. I would say good luck but I’ll reserve my well wishes for people who actually do well by others.

My parents have been coming to this lady for years! After reviewing their tax returns she fail claim to Education Credit for almost every year! She claim moms Social Security Disability benefits as a scholarship income, seriously review your tax returns if you been here before. Avoid this tax preparer.
