She completed my taxes in April and never electronicly filed them. I called weekly for months, left tons messages on her answering machine, text her and emailed multiple times (it located on your tax return cover page) even had a buddy stop her office a few times (she was never open). She has never responded to anything. I will never have her do anything again ever! If your considering her please find someone else. She's not worth the money!

We have been going to Lopez & Associates Income Tax Services for at least 15 years. Never had any issues or problems and will continue going.

I had requested that my 2020 taxes not be filed until May. She said she would hold them and not file. She DID NOT do as I requested resulting in a large amount of money lost. I’m not happy! I will not be returning.

We got our tax refund within a week! They helped us out so much. Defiantly recommend this place. We drive 3 hours just to come here because the lady that helps us is good!

EVERY single year, without fail, these ladies LIE about when to expect a return, then they LIE when you ask about it, they have NEVER, not once in the five years my partner has insisted on using them, have they EVER done as they said. Sick of the BS every year. Rapid refunds are to take less than two weeks, yet here we are, six weeks later with more excuses!
