We called about a refund update and they ask for your name and phone number also said they will call back and the NEVER DO....... poor service and professionalism honestly I wouldnt recomend....

Very dissapointed with being a first time customer. I was referred by my fiancé and his mom to check them out. I contacted them with an issue i was experiencing and was not faulting them but wanted them to hear the feedback so it would not happen to another customer. When i tried to explain the situation the gentlemen just kept interrupting me and i ask kindly if i can relay over my situation so he could understand my frustration and as i started i got interrupted again and i kindly answer his questions and asked again if i could please relay the information that was misinformed to I from his office and if he was kind enough to let me speak. He said well only if you hurry because i have people. I was so shocked in his responce and took it quiet rudely and unprofessional. I said okay, i Apologize as i just wanted to relay what i was told and what happend and to ask for more clarification but i wpuld not take his time and as a first time customer i was hurt in his reaponce and choose to not come back. He said thats perfecttly fine, have a great day and hung up. I will not continue to go hear, and just hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. I paid for service and would expect they could relay over correct information or atleast provide some sort of i apologize we make mistakes or anything other then what I got. Good luck to them. I hope they are yreating other customers respectfully.
