We have been working with Amy for over 10 years now and is a wonderful asset to our business. 4 years never completed on time. Overcharged three years after asking for corrections and training. I never got 17, 18, 19 taxes. When needed for second on my home to cover Pandemic. Always I am to busy excuse for not completing. At one time she had helper that justified all charges with bookkeeper under her training. If you need to file on time she will file extension after extension then blame me for everything being late. Only on time with billing which is all she cared about! very bad horrible experience. Never accountable to comply.
