I went there it was my third rotary. He advertises there is a rotary there. Lie, he lost his license. Why? He said it would be 20 -30 as he had called one for the person waiting. I don't know about you but I don't have 30 minutes to waste on a Friday afternoon. As I left I said thanks but this had to be across town. As I was leaving his female employee said WELLL. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't see bow they stay in business. That is why they received a low score.

Muy mala experiencia con la “señora “ María . Cuando fuimos hacer los impuestos muy bien muy amable , pero al segundo año los hizo mal y cuando le hable para pedirle que los arreglara se portó muy grosera y prepotente, según ella que estaban muy ocupados en este momento para arreglar el problema porque es el mes más ocupado para ellos y ya aviamos pagado por eso y todavía tube que pagar $30 dólares más para que pudiera hablar al IRS , y ella nos cobró por hacerlos electrónicos supuestamente pero hace unos días me llego el cheque después de un año, entonces porque me cobro por hacerlos electrónicos si me llego por correo, en total tuvimos que pagar $230 . Bueno al final de cuentas por fin conseguimos el reembolso , pero fue muy desgastante y desagradable el proceso sobre todo por la actitud de la señora.
