I went to this place to try to do my taxes, I arrived at 4:40 knowing that they close at 5, aware that they could say no to me because of the schedule, the receptionist was asked if there was any inconvenience and she said no, that We even waited about 5 min. We were attended by Cecilia, an extremely arrogant person, it is the second time we have had her, the first time she attended us very reluctantly but in the end they were able to do it and this time she asked me something but to give her the exact dates I had to check my phone, I got confused but in the end I already had the data, it was provided to him and as soon as 5 oclock hit he told me to make another appointment and to bring the data correctly, I cant keep the data correctly since I dont know what I They are going to ask until it is there, a house in Mexico was discussed in question. Your way of answering and customer service is terrible, you forget that you are being paid to provide a service! Its my fault for returning to a place where they treat you badly, so if you dont want to go through a bad time I recommend that you dont even think about going to this place, since no one has the need to be treated badly and much less if I am treating you well. If she urgently needed to leave, they wouldnt have attended to me and she saves her time and I save mine. When I see the reviews on the internet I realize that I am not the only one. You can see for yourself, how good it is that there are plenty of places for taxes.

If I could give American Income Tax a no star rating I would have. Cecelia is rude and very unprofessional. She lacks any customer service. I highly recommend to go some place else when getting your taxes done.

At first I believed this place was ok ,and not bad especially for Mexicans like myself who tend to be a bit less savvy when it comes to taxes and finances. Well to my shock the nice and friendly veneer is nothing more than this. They overcharge for services, manipulation, and have a history with fraud as prior owner/ ex-employee and father of a concurrent worker there was charged with tax fraud. The history and practices are alone to not recommend to any working class individual, especially us Mexicans.

I can guarantee that this will be last year that I will be doing my taxes here. The tax preparators are cold and rude. The owner is biased when speaking about their employees. The price is steep for a business claiming to help low income families. $160 is price gouging. Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism.

Very expensive, the truth is, this was the last year that we do them with them, the daughter and the mother are very despotic to speak, they are not friendly at all, it is supposed to be their job and we are the clients, but it seems that one is not going to stop them from doing it. good service..🙄🙄🙄

Terrible, there is no other word other than that... the lady and the daughters are very arrogant and not at all friendly, they think that there is no one else here in Santa Rosa who is better than them at preparing taxes. Last year was the last year we did them. With it, apart from its very high costs and every year they are raising prices more and more... apart from the year 2021 we do not receive the refund. Because of a mistake and they only told us that for writing the letter they would charge us between 600 to 800 dollars to write the letter, which we did not do, what an abuse and without mentioning that they told us that there is no one better than them in the state of California to write these letters..please do not go to this place, as a Latino, one always allows oneself to be treated badly. We must not allow this, we must stop with this. I hope my experience is useful..
