Don't ever spend one dollar here. I'm on the board for a small HOA and they did the taxes for us in 2019. Stamped with their contact information all over it. The FTB cancelled our status for not having a signed copy in 2019. I reached out to them and said we never get any notices from property management and he was very defensive that they wouldn't get notices either. Funny. The tone from Greg - was already very defensive which speaks volumes to the types of calls he's probably used to receiving most likely based on their poor treatment of customers. All I was going to ask is if they had an old form 3500 filled out for us at the time so I could fill it out and submit it. But he was clear about how he "doesn't represent us or HOA's anymore". Take your business elsewhere.

I've been working with Wertz for a long time and very happy the'yre there for me. I have a small outfit but they've always treated me like a key client.
