Amazing team - we inherited many complicated issues with taxes/bookkeeping from a family member, they helped clean us up! Shoaib and the entire Bharmal & Associates team we can trust with our business bookkeeping, tax preparation, and tax planning. They are phenomenal to work with and most importantly they have experience and are industry experts, they know exactly what they are doing. It was hard to find a new CPA out there you can trust when you start from scratch. However, after working with this team I am confident in their ability to get the job done and get it done the right way. We are grateful for them helping us get a mess cleaned up initially, since then they have been with us every step of the way through our recent growth. A business relies heavily on a good CPA, we feel lucky to have found one. It's such a relief to know we can work with someone we can trust, so we can focus our energy on running the business and not get caught up in wondering if our books are clean and accurate, or if our taxes are done properly. If you need a CPA my honest opinion is don't waste your time looking any further - this team knows what they are doing, has the experience, and are personable and actually nice to work with. Excellent tax preparation service. They take the time to really understand your situation and advise you. They stay on top of filing and extensions to make sure you are never late. They also answer last minute questions which I really appreciated!

PSA: I do not recommend this company. They are sketchy and exploit their employees. To top things off, Im now dealing with the IRS by myself. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else without inflated ratings. There are plenty of other accountants in the California area.

Based on my family member's recommendation I talked to Mr.Shoaib and submitted my 2021 and 2022 tax documents to his office. He reviewed and recommended a proper approach for my 2022 filing. I am very thankful and appreciate his help very much. It was very easy to upload/download requested tax documents for review and further perusal. This is a very good arrangement and my compliments to Mr.Shoaib & team for having this portal for his clients. His staff was very friendly, took a detailed approach and got it all done on time. It is my pleasure to recommend Bharmal & Associates for any tax related needs. I look forward to working with them again.

Bharmal and Associates have been exceptional in every way possible for my elderly parents and myself. My mom loves that any time she has a question she can call and the office immediately answers and kindly answers any question, even a “silly” one. My dad admits he’s not very “tech-y” and he appreciates that the office will “hold his hand” through any questions. The online portals have been difficult for both parents, and I had a broken scanner, and the office had no problem helping us through the “tech-y” bits. We are so impressed with Shoaib’s knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency, but we especially appreciate his patience and kindness at all times. Giving Bharmal and Associates only five stars is sad - we’d love to give ten times that!

Shoaib and his team was recommended to me since this year my tax case became more complicated than what I could handle by myself or with the typical pro advice you will normally find in the mainstream tax preparers like H&R Block. Shoaib did not disappoint. His team (specifically Eric L. who was the CPA handling my case) not only found all relevant information pertinent to my case, they were very responsive and always had a very detailed answer to my questions. They have been handling multi-state cases (one case had more than 40 states in one tax year, mine had only two), cases with rental income, self-employment cases and more. It made me very confident to see that my unique tax situations were something common for them to the point my case that I thought was difficult was a walk in the park for his team. One thing that amazed me was their communication and punctuality. I engaged them a bit late in the process for the 2022 tax year. Exactly when they were the most busy. However, they were upfront in mentioning a timeline on when I will get the first draft of my tax return and they delivered it exactly on the day and time they said they would. Any follow-up questions I had were answered within 24 hours with all the details required to make me realize I had made the right choice to trust them with my case. Their price is worth it for the peace of mind you get!
