JM Accounting

Dead Set Ink

Feb 1, 2024on

We have worked with JM accounting since 2018 and have had issues with them but never moved firms. They have left us with no choice because at this point they don’t even respond to any of our requests. I reached out Jan 3rd for documents and only received two replies one stating I would have my info that Saturday with no reply. The second reply was offering yet another deadline she cannot make and asking me to not reach out to her staff. Have since sent two more messages through her “portal” and still no reply. The team is really nice there just not at all reliable or responsible with your sensitive information.
