I have had a similar experience to Dillon's. The receptionist is the WORST!... EXTREMELY RUDE....and when I email or call, I never get a response. And when someone does answer my question, I don't ever get a straight answer. And they're never wrong! I too received several letters and notices from the IRS saying I owe when I was told that I would get a large refund. When I asked what's going on, I didn't get a call back for awhile....and when I did, he talked in circles and couldn't tell me why I wasn't getting the money that he said I would. I absolutely do not recommend them.

I dont recommend it. I went to do my taxes and I gave him all the documents. It took more than two weeks to finish my taxes. I was waiting for the refund. It arrived in a check. I gave him all the bank information for the direct deposit and he didnt put it in. I called him to tell him and They tell me that they forgot, I wont do my taxes in this place again 😡

Will provided us an outstanding service each year helping out filing our tax return. His accounting expertise is very impressive, he is super dedicated, put a lot of attention to details, has great availability to help with any questions we have. Couldn't be happier, this is simply best accounting experience we ever could find. thank you Will!

Great to work with! Better than any large national chains.
