Please do not commit to this accounting firm. I have wasted so much time and effort with this company that I can't even type out my frustration. 1.) They talked a pretty good game in the beginning, but could not deliver on their promises. 2.) They lead my bookkeeper to incorrect practices for weeks, did not associate correct buckets, then blamed bookkeeper for the mis-guided mistakes. Including charges for every second they talked, thought, or took a phone call in regards to my account. 3.) They would invite me one time a week to go over the account, which was a huge waste of time. Sadly, they put me on student accountants that were not experienced to handle an account like ours. It was obvious they were learning as they went. The support from their upper level accounting team was not there from what I could see/feel. 4.) I was invited the once a week discussion with zero ways of connecting to the internet. I'm not sure if they know this or not, but internet has come a long way over the years and internet providers can setup very secure networks for internal and client level protection. The manager would give me his phone for hotspot, but that still didn't work. We (2 of their student accountants, myself, and bookkeeper) would huddle around a single monitor for hours. The amount of wasted energy/time is just crazy to me. Again, charging me for every second their team thought about my account. Their employees were plagued with single monitor, shared emails for multiple people (the entire firm could see information I would attach), which would aid in some serious confusion on who had the ball. Again, I would get charged for any and all relations to my account, which was apparent of zero accountability for their actions 5.) My initial documents were lost in their clutter and mis-management. Then to deny and blame myself. 6.) I would get harassing emails and calls from their management. One sided conversations, which led to nowhere. Emails for demands, but so vastly disconnected from my account that it was comical/sad.... I have since moved on from them, but they are still holding my personal documents hostage. Again, look at other firms please. Do not make the same mistake I did. :(

Great staff. Managers are a wealth of knowledge. Couldn't run my business without them.
