I didn't receive a call at my scheduled time and my voicemail in an attempt to reschedule went unreturned. I hear from friends and people o trust that their professional skills and abilities are excellent. It's unfortunate that they're uncommunicative.

I receive great insight in my businesses consultation. As an emerging entrepreneur Jeneen did a great job of explaining what steps needed to be taken for my business.

I've used Eclat Enterprises for 3 years now, and I highly recommend them. I am a small business owner who is mostly virtual, with clients across the country, and I don't like to print things out or waste a lot of paper. Jeneen knows the latest tools to keep my data safe and secure, and sends it back to me in an easy to understand, convenient way. The team is responsive to my needs, and always responds quickly to my text messages, emails, and phone calls. I also really appreciate the education I get from the Eclat blog and newsletter, as it is always in plain English, not tax and accounting speak. I have many deductions Eclat has found for my particular business, and while they are aggressive in finding these deductions, there are some questionable ones Eclat steers me away from, keeping me out of the IRS doghouse. If you are a fellow small business owner who wants a more personal relationships with your tax preparer/bookkeeper/accountant, I recommend you go with Jeneen and Eclat. A great team at a fair price who is always on top of the latest changes.

Jeneen was exceptionally knowledgeable and got me my biggest tax return EVER! I normally don't get much if hardly anything back during tax time due to the tax bracket I fall into...single...no kids...and pretty well off in the income range. I was extremely grateful to this woman for her ability to gather all my information and process it thoroughly. Her prices were extremely reasonable and honestly more affordable than larger tax companies & with a more personalized and private setting which I appreciated. I will be working with her every year from now on. She has earned my business and loyalty. I tell everyone I know if they need a great tax accountant I have just the person.

SCAM...will try to get you to cash a check, keep 20% of it, and then wire the rest of the funds through western union to another account...DO NOT DO IT
