After being recommended K&J by my financial planner, I wish they hadn't. it was the most difficult process. Filing for my mother's estate after she passed. In the end, they put the wrong SS number on the 1040, put the wrong NAME on the 1040, and after paying them over $300 I still ended up with penalties and fees from the IRS because the tax bill was not paid on time. I know we needed an extension and just assumed they would file for one when preparing the taxes. Nope. So now I owe $100 in penalties along with the tax bill. Slow to respond, couldn't have cared less about helping a son process his mother's final tax bill.

I had a tax situation this year that was more complicated than filing myself could afford, and my wife and I chose to go with Kirchner & Jordan. The process was so fast. I just emailed and told them I wanted to file, explained my situation, and they requested documents which I could upload to a super convenient secure portal. They needed very minimal information and they were able to get my return done within a week. We went with Kyle Jordan, and he made the process so painless and easy. Additionally, my wife is transgender and the name on her return is different from her preferred, and new legal, name. Kyle gained this info and without skipping a beat referred to my wife as her preferred name and she/her with no regard to the names on the forms he had been looking at the whole time. I can say with certainty that Kyle is an ally and he treats the LGBTQ+ community with utmost respect. I will absolutely be returning in the future.

When I started my new job in accounting / accounts payable and on quick books at that, I wasn't sure I was up to doing the job. I'm not computer savvy, and never done accounting / accounts payable. The staff there is so nice and very helpful. They helped me get setup with quick books, with just the stuff I would need. They came several times to make I understood it, they also made cheat sheets for me. Anytime I thought I would blow up the computer or loose everything, they either came to my office or talked me thru it. Love them, their the BEST!! THANK YOU KIRCHNER & JORDAN

I moved from out of state this year and it was my first time filing taxes in WA. I had a mix of income & write-offs from my own business, as well as w2s from working as an employee, and K&J was very helpful. They provided me with all the information I needed, filed my taxes for me, and were always quick and timely in responses. Highly recommend for taxes, bookkeeping, or any other accounting needs you may have!

Awful experience. Kyle took a very simple return and made a mistake. He filed myself as single vs HOH. This is after I provided my filling status. I understand mistakes happen, but don’t charge $77 for correcting your own mistake. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Kyle Jordan is an excellent CPA, is up to date with the constant evolving tax code changes and is very knowledgeable across the board.
