Won’t be doing business with these people anymore they charged me over 700 dollars this year and all they did was file my W2 lol. Pretty sure turbo tax is still free and the more complicated stuff like crypto I can do online with services that don’t charge anywhere near what these crooks take from me.

Based on my personal experience, I have found the accounting office to be highly professional and consistently deliver quality work. Their team is knowledgeable, well-organized, and demonstrates strong integrity. Additionally, they genuinely care about each individual they work with. I highly recommend these guys if you ever find yourself in need of some assistance with tax preparation, accounting, or in need of some consulting for your business or personal finances.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! Aside from the list of extra charges and being completely unorganized, hand written side notes if any notes at all concerning regular "payroll charges"and to my wife"s questions they replied rudely with no explanation. The WORST being uninformed and misinformed for the last 3 years! They told us to sign the return that was incomplete which ended up in us forking out double the tax amount owed($5,000) and had we not had the money set aside we would have been disqualified on the closing of the new home that we were trying to purchase but could not because they didn't tell us that the return had a $2,500 mistake. Jordon Hatfield did not tell us anything about it and we only found out that we owed money to the IRS through our lender who said that "you guys are disqaulified until you pay the taxes that you owe." When we explained this to the IRS agent he informed us, as did other CPA's, that they would most definitely had that information directly in front of them. They never apologized or provided any reason for the mistake and instead they acted indignant towards us as if it happens all the time, and when my wife asked about the most recent payroll charges, (they consistently charge over one hour rate for something that took them 30 second labor that resulted in over $100), they said," are you going to pay or not! " They have also drastically increased the yearly tax rate and gave no discount for the recent mistake. They were unwilling to provide regular needed information to our lender to complete the closing on our home purchase. I have never seen any one company with this kind of clumsiness of paperwork and uncaring attitude from their staff persons! If I could give a minus review I would most certainly do so. I don't know anybody in their right mind that would give a five star review to this place no way no how!!!!!

Jordan Hatfield is a high integrity and extremely knowledgeable firm. We have used them since 2006. In that time they have taken care of us and our finances. Don’t think there is a better firm in the Inland Northwest

I went to see Brady in 2019 as a referral through the Dave Ramsey ELP network, I own three rental properties, so I thought it was time to stop doing my own taxes, I was confident I would be seeing someone competent to help with them, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I'm not surprised that this company, having been in business for years, only has 10 reviews, all of which happen to be 5 stars, maybe they petition google anytime they receive a negative review. My meeting with Brady started awkwardly, as if he was waiting for me to start the conversation, and ***then lead to an ignorant comment from him saying that I am clearly not disabled and don't deserve my disability rating from the VA***... He must think that you need to be in a wheelchair or missing an arm to be disabled. I should have left at that moment, but decided to at least finish the meeting since I had already made the trip. The meeting ended quicker than I anticipated, lasting about the same amount of time that I sat in the waiting room beforehand. He didn't ask half the questions I expected him to, but I figured maybe those would come up in follow up conversations, they did not. As a matter of fact, I received almost no correspondence afterwards other than an email from his team saying my return was "complete". After reviewing the return they sent me to sign, I found two or three significant deductions that they missed. I emailed Brady multiple times asking to address them, but only received emails from his team asking me to sign my return with no mention of my concerns. Because I didn't want to sign an incomplete return and wasn't being listened to, I emailed Brady telling him I'll be submitting my own return and would not be paying for his inadequate service. It was then that I finally received a response from him, accusing me of taking advantage of him and his services.... a very professional response. This review is of course being written out of spite two years later, but a friend of mine asked me yesterday if I recommend any accountants, which triggered my memory of this experience. He will not be going to see Brady and I hope anyone who reads this review will make the same decision.
