In a situation where there was no information or knowledge about tax reporting, the tax accountant explained the process to put the customer at ease, handled taxes professionally and had a lot of knowledge. He was the best person Ive ever met. thank you Tax accountant Mion Kim was very professional and had excellent knowledge of tax reporting tailored to my situation. Although several revisions were necessary, he stood by my side until the end and carried out the work. Additionally, you made me feel human warmth and sincere gratitude. One of our easiest tax returns to date. My husband and I have gone to several different preparers in the past. Our last preparer, although friendly and was also thorough she did not report my husbands losses from his investments. And that did not sit well with him. Mion was very helpful with our 2023 everything was reported and she made us feel at ease knowing that it was prepared complete. She also asked us if we had done any up dates to our home and we remembered that we had put in our heat pump back in 2022 and we did not claim that for that year end. So she amended that return for us and that too went well. All in all I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you Mion for that easy and painless process.

Very good service! This is my first time filing my taxes with Kim and I’m very satisfied, she explained everything, she’s very nice and friendly. She even got some complimentary drinks for all the customers. Definitely will recommend Kim to do your taxes as well!
