Pushpa is great! Working with her was fast and hassle free. It is easy to see how she cares about the quality of her work and happiness of the customer. Let me mention some of the things I like about this business: 1. Transparent pricing: as you enter the website, there is a section where you can easily select the services you need and get the quote on the service. They play no game, the price you see is what you will be charged. 2. Hassle free communication: They use TD portal, for hassle free communication and uploading of the docs. You easily learn about the state of your tax return and can ask questions from her in the portal. 3. Responsive: Every time I asked a question in the portal, Pushpa responded in less than 24 hours, which help us progress very fast on the tax return. Overall, I truly recommend this business and I will be a customer myself.
