I’ve filed my tax returns with Ed and his team over the past 4 years. As it turns out, they forgot to add my bank account for the state taxes to be debited for 2019 and a week before the holidays I get a notice from the State requesting payment plus a penalty and interest. When brought to Ed’s attention he was dismissive and unhelpful. It is the second time I get a notice at the federal or state level because of negligent work on the part of Ed and team. I would avoid them at all costs.

We paid 550 dollars last year to find out our taxes were never filed and Ed will not respond to our emails.
