My husband and I were owners of a small business - he had retired in 2019 and I was due to retire at the end of 2022. Our partner intended to keep the business open. Well for over 30 years I did most of the administrative work, including all of the accounting and payroll, except for the annual tax return. We were all working out of our homes so it didn't seem to right to hire an employee. At the time, we were using a large accounting firm for our annual tax return and we asked about taking on our business for "every day" bookkeeping - nope, their specialty was working with larger firms. So the search began! I researched several other firms and it just didn't "click". Turns out I saved the best for last when I met with Shari Cox of PacStar Financial! Small business? Her specialty! Shari is friendly, compassionate, easy to work with and importantly, an excellent accountant! I highly recommend Shari and her team for your small business!

Shari and the team at PacStar Financial are fantastic! They communicate in clear, concise ways that someone who doesn't speak accountant (like myself) can understand! They are always more than willing to assist with issues I might be having and the turn around time on requests is minimal. Especially handling my accounting needs from across the country!!
