I’ve called this facility the past few days and spoke to Kaylee- she’s been helping me understand how to pay my taxes and use the irs website and helped give me accurate information on piece of mind of what I owed and any penalties accrued that I had as I owed for the first time last year with my small business. She was extremely patient also she happily answered every question if I had said the same thing a few times she’s awesome and I’ll be 100% referring to this place for any help whether it’s phone calls or in person services I’m sure that she is an excellent tax specialist and highly skilled customer service. Very efficient. I compared what I came up with to what they did and they saved us money. I missed a couple things that made the difference. Very friendly. The video walk-through of my return was great.
