Very thorough. Peggy runs the front office and is very knowledgeable as Jim adds his subject matter expertise to take your information and file your taxes right! Even though I owed taxes, I still recommend them!!

I used turbotax in the past, but I went with Jim Bacon when I moved here. They have done my taxes the past 2 years. They are very thorough and on time. The atmosphere is very pleasant and easy going. I am very satisfied with their services. I highly recommend them.

Jim has done my taxes for 20 years. Ive never had a problem with the IRS ( that happened with one previous accountant ), he thoroughly answers all my questions including things I thought I understood. Hes a good guy, easy to work with. Im really clear on my finances now. He has made a unhappy event ( taxes) into a pleasant one. Hes educated me and I do a much better job saving info I used to throw out.
