They seemed to do a good and thorough job with our personal taxes. However, good work comes with a price. These rates are not offered up front. They aren't in the initial contract, any provided paperwork, their client portal, or on the website. No status of time spent on unforeseeable project needs are given along the way. Not even in the final invoice do you get anything other than a single number you have to pay. No details of work done or rates are given at any point. It was our mistake for not getting clear expectations from the beginning. So, although they may be worth the rate, be sure to get the information up front to avoid any surprise bills.

Although highly recommended by the reviews, Brent has been slow to action. Still waiting after having information for 8 weeks. For the last month, I’ve gone in personally 3 times only to get the same response, “it’s on the top of the pile, so I should have it done soon. I just have to look at the numbers and make sure everything makes sense.” Finally got back with me because of relocating. Refund received.
