I made the decision to add a bookkeeper to my small business about ten years ago. After hiring Cassandra I no longer worry that I will file incorrect information with the state or federal organizations. She makes clear and concise judgements. She works seamlessly with my accountant. She clarifies questions I have during the year. She is a terrific accountant dressed as a bookkeeper.

I have been a client of balanced bookkeeping solutions for two years now.i fell into the position of needing to create and operate a llc. Quite unexpectedly and needed to do so with haste. Luckily i found cassandra and BBS. Look,i am a welder by trade and always worked for employers and as such was shielded from the vast paperwork that comes with operating on ones own. To say i was overwhelmed would be a understatment. Much to my relief cassandra took the burden off of my shoulders and effectively set everything up for me. She even hand delivered some crucial document herself!! Talk about personalized service. Cassandra is also very patient as i can testify as she had to explain pretty much everything to me,sometimes twice,lol My end of year preperations went smoothly due to BBS's diligence.
