The team at Caro and Associates are tax wizards. I thought I was going to owe almost $20k and they got me a small refund. I've been working with them as my accounting and payroll team since I opened my small Healthcare practice, Novel Eyes. Our taxes got more complicated so we asked for help last year from Caro and Associates. Working with them was ok, although at first commuications were addressed to my husband instead of both of us (I usually do our taxes, and it was my job that caused the complications). After we filed, we learned from the IRS that we actually owed more money than Caro and Associates had calculated. Because of all that, we elected not to work with them again this year. It was then a shock to get an email learning that they filed an extension for us without our permission or any communication with us. Maybe they work well for some people, but if you just want basic tax services, look elsewhere.

I have owned/operated multiple businesses in the Seattle area over the years. For years, I have hated AND stressed about taxes every year. Ever since a friend of mine recommended Caro & Associates things have changed. Don’t get me wrong, I still hate taxes, but I don’t stress about them anymore! I really can’t say enough about Jose Caro and Jack Lamb, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, 100% dependable. Jose is a very passionate and knowledgeable accountant. He is one of the few people I trust with my business, and with my clients. If you dont have an accountant and youre in the Lynnwood, Edmonds, Seattle, or Shoreline area, he is a must see. A good accountant is essential to having a successful business.
