The phone numbers dont work, the email addresses dont work. I have been doing taxes here for a few years now and all thoigh its been hard to get a hold of them previously after many attempts, at least the phone rang. Now the phone says the number not set up to take calls. Ughh

Extremely disappointed with this company, been going to helgersons and associates for a long time and it has now switched to Sumption tax and no one answers the phone, cannot leave a message and when you drive there, they are closed! I am going somewhere else now

About to report to the BBB, IRS, and everyone else for tax fraud if they dont return my call tomorrow or respond to the service they say they provide when we gave them our tax documents 2 weeks ago...

This company took over Helgerson tax service that we have been using over the years. Sumption services could use some customer service courses. They are very rude and unprofessional.

I will never go back with Sumption Service LLC The service is very very bad I dropped off my tax papers and never heard from thrm I stopped by many times, called with no answer and reply the calls Emailed but never have any reply This is a very very bad service Please don’t go there and plus do not drop off your tax papers or any important documents with this service It took me more than two months to take my papers back with a lot of trips going back and forth No trust

If there was a zero star i would give that as the review. We are in need of some paperwork that they have the originals for was told 4 months ago as soon as 2023 tax prep was over they would get to the information, i am in serious need of this information now (needed it for 7/3/2023 and didn't have it i have left 8 voicemails, emailed 5 times and have shown up there at their office 4 times, twice at 11.00 am and twice at 4.00 pm and no one is around, i asked the tenants in the buiding and no one has seen them. my next step is to call the BBB and who ever else will listen including the review for them on the IRS website. this is the most ridiculous thing ever. i am pretty sure that there is fraud involved here we have had our taxes done by Helgerson for years and i am sure she is appaulled at the way her clients are being treated, so frustrated

If there is a 1/2 star I would’ve given it to this place. I’ve been going to Hegerson for at least 6 years. Tax 2022 will be the last one. I’ve been calling for 2 days, left messages. Nobody answered the phone or call back. Never again.

I’m not sure what happened to this company I dropped off my taxes and I haven’t heard from them again. I’ve called emailed and received no response I even went by and they of course were closed. I’ve used Helgerson since 2009 and apparently I’ll have to find someone else. Very disappointed!!! Sir I already dropped my taxes off I’m inquiring if they are completed or not. The email you just gave is not the email that was placed on the door the last time I went to inquire..

I have been trying desperately to get a hold of these people for mis filing my 2021 taxes again. They do not return phone calls or emails. I have been dealing with this since February 2022.

Hi Layla, We sent via Express Mail package to you with all our paperwork for TAX RETERN 2022 on 03/23/23. We live in Florida now and Teri/Judy reassured us with partner Layla Sumption they are going to do our Taxes. We tracked the package and know it’s been delivered to you. Today is 04/12/23 and we heard nothing from you despite the fact we called and emailed you multiple times. Please let us know what is going on, we are really worried about our Tax Return 2022. Time is running! If I am not going to get any answers I will Report Tax Fraud and Identity Theft to Police, IRS, BBB and so on.

Not sure why people are complaining about their services. But the service I received was great! First, the front desk assistant was very kind, asked for the the paperwork needed and scheduled us for an appointment within a week. We then met with a lovely tax assistant and she did our taxes quick and easy. She would guide us on why this is the amount we get and what is owed. She was very nice and gave us resources to answer our questions. I definitely would come back again next year to get my taxes done from them.
