Taylor and his team are AMAZING!!! I run a law practice and they have done an awesome job of managing my books and trust account (which is regulated by the WSBA). Anytime I want to see my financial picture, I know my quickbooks will be updated. I also love how they communicate with me - I get a text and email whenever they have questions and answer them all in a portal. Taylor and his team go above and beyond and I cannot imagine working with anyone else. I feel like I get very good value for money.

Taylor and his team at Next Level Books have quite literally helped us to elevate our business to the "next level". We desperately needed his assistance late last year to clean up our books so we could file confidently the following April. I'm an electrical contractor and have a very complex business. I needed a bookkeeper that not only could handle the bookkeeping complexities that come with the territory of being in the construction contracting business, but also be someone that can talk to me in layman's terms so that I understand clearly what is required of me on my end to keep the books straight. I was given the recommendation of Taylor Clouse at Next Level Books by a colleague and called him. I found Taylor to knowledgeable and personable. I let him know that I was fairly new in business and would need some 1 on 1 coaching to get me up to speed on how to use bookkeeping software and file invoices correctly. He said "no problem" and a year on, he has been true to his word- there have been zero problems. Taylor is meticulous and will work tirelessly to get your books balanced and in order to the penny. A lot of the process is streamlined through a portal where questions can be answered and documents can be uploaded, but if there needs to be a phone conversation to clarify, Taylor has always been great about answering the phone. I recommend Next Level Books very highly to any business struggling with doing complex bookkeeping themselves and is needing an expert to take it on.
