They are scam , they didn’t file my tax return and now we owed irs so much money, they should be ashamed,and pay for this.

This helgerson and associates is scam, they did not file my tax return since last year, 2021 , tried contacting them, emailing and leave voice messages nothing happened, wrote letter to IRS and file the one they did last year. so If I where you I wont even think a=or going back to this place, tell your friends and family that this place is a big SCAM!!!

I love this place. They are doing taxes this yr. I had gotten a notice they are doing things different. You drop off your taxes and pick them up.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS TAX LADY! This lady is a scam, i filed my taxes with her for the first time 5 months ago, my taxes never came because she had never filled them, every-time i tried getting in contact with her there was no answers! Until i made a review... yess she contacted me then only because she had seen my yelp and google review, her daughter tried lying talking about i had never called when clearly my husband and i had left her like 5 voicemails. I found out this lady never filed my taxes only because i called the IRS to see what was going on. She also lied about what was going on with my taxes and supposedly said that there was an error with my mother in laws taxes, the thing is i didn’t do my taxes with my mother in law i filed them separately with my husband. Not only that but this lady and her daughter were unprofessional and they basically blackmailed me.. the daughter told me the only way i could get my money back was if i would delete my previous reviews which i did. Its been almost 2 month and i haven’t receive my money back. I will definitely file a report this time, i tried figure something out with them but clearly they don’t care. They are scammers and liars! Do not go here!

So, Judy wasn’t there & the daughter did it. After about a month I called coz it should be here since I’m expecting to use the money on something very important but she told me there’s something wrong with the social security of one of my son. Now, I finally got it today & it’s only half of the money I supposed to get. I go here & my family recommended me here but now I am not going here anymore for next year.
