A total scam. Convinced my very elderly and senile mother and father in law to renew an annuity for 10 years that they needed to immediately cash in for living expenses. They had less than 10 years of life expectancy left and would not be able to benefit from the renewed annuity without a huge penalty during their expected lifetime. They are now deceased and did not benefit from the renewal. Salesman R Kenner French got his commission for the sale at his clients regret. He bilked these old senile folks out of their retirement money. Was unavailble after the sale, never answers the phone or gives any support afterwards. Don't fall for this scammer. His commission was more important to him than the needs of his clients. In addition, my wife and I attended an on going series of meetings with Kenner and the elderly couple where we advised the elderly couple to not renew the annuity. Kenner then arranged to meet with them privately in order to close the deal and renew the annuity. Also, the annuity company involved was very difficult to deal with after the death of the clients and it took the assistance the State Insurance Commissioner to get beneficiary benefits to be paid out. You will note that many of the good reviews are reported to be written by employees. Please also note that the vastsolutionsgroup rebuttals are based on poor working relationships with clients thus making the rebuttal just an invalid excuse. I expect any rebuttal to this complaint to be invalid as well. Just ignore it and realize it’s just part of the scammer’s tactics.

Do yourself a favor and just run far far away! Terrible service! Over promise and UNDER DELIVER! You’ll end up running behind them! They’re damn a scam! UNPROFESSIONAL! You can’t get anyone on the phone! Waste of time and money! I WANT MY MONEY BACK On some of the reviews I even notice they have employees leaving reviews! I should’ve known this place was ridiculous when Kenner tried selling me on join a company he’s affiliated with to sell commercial mortgages. Entire time I’m Thinking my taxes have yet to be sorted out and you talking about another company to make a quick buck! SCAM!!!!!!!
