He was rude when I called, said he can't take new clients, had someone on the line, doesn't do referrals and I'd "just have to look around." If he wasn't in a position to talk, he should have let the call go to voice mail and called back when he could be polite.

Michael's in-depth knowledge and experience in both accounting and financial planning are enormously helpful.
