Andrea and Ross exceeded my expectations. As someone who transitioned from being a typical w2 employee, to an independent contractor, I was really nervous about my tax obligations. They were able to get me more than double what turbo tax said I would get back for 2023. They also went out of their way to explain things in a way that I could understand (let’s be real, taxes are confusing) and made me feel extremely comfortable and confident! Super excited to continue working with them, and highly recommend! 10/10!

FFLC inherited our account after our firm of 30+ years retired. We have been pleased with their service, and enjoy working with the staff. Foti Flynn Lowen assists in closing our monthly books and performs an annual review. I personally work with several of their employees in completing these tasks. There was very little communication between the accountant and us before, during, or after the taxes were completed even though we had several questions during each phase. FOTI does not automatically debit due taxes even though it was desired. Apparently, there is a checkbox somewhere that we missed. We specifically requested they debit due taxes in the future and they still failed to do so. This oversight cost us over $2K in fees (and they were only two weeks late). We also had a very time-sensitive question for the accountant but we were told he was on vacation and to leave a message or email. We left both several times and he never responded. The office again told us to leave a message which we again did. We finally called back and had to insist on speaking to someone else before they would transfer us. We have owed taxes each year we have used this firm and while that is not their issue, we haven't been provided much in the way of explanation nor any advice that has helped us better prepare.
